OK......so is there anything better in the world than beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans? Don't think so! I am not a donut person or a big thing of anything fried, but Holy Smokes!!!! Beignets at Cafe du Monde CANNOT BE BEAT!!! In fact, I got so carried away, I forgot to take a photo of the beignets delivered to our table and had to go to The Line to get these photos. This is the quintensential N'arlins.
